The culurgiones—pillowy dumplings stuffed with mint and pecorino—are especially memorable. While some may find the smoking policy and sweet-leaning cocktails less to their taste, the creativity of the kitchen shines through.

I experienced a divine Arabian Massage, and enjoyed relaxing in the lounge afterwards where I sipped hibiscus tea wrapped up in a cosy dressing gown; it felt as though I had entered a little cocoon of tranquillity.
