There’s also Bistro Manly, which is the hotel’s casual eatery that adds a touch of French Riviera charm alongside its bright seafood-forward menu. I only had the pleasure of dining there for breakfast, but was delighted to find a generous spread of pastries, fresh local fruits, a made-to-order omelette station, and a hot buffet selection of grilled tomatoes, fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs, and the like. I particularly loved the wellness juices that were available to make straight from the juicer and a barista on hand to whip up any coffee concoction I requested. This was arguably one of the best hotel breakfasts in town, and a reason to book a stay here time and time again.

As for the guest rooms, they are best described as crisp, comfortable, and chic, with smart-controlled entertainment and climate systems, and breathtaking views of the beach— if you’re lucky enough to score a room on the oceanfront side. The hotel also has the Infinity Residence, plus nine suites, for those seeking more spacious accommodations, and plenty of amenities to make the most of your stay. The location can’t be beat for visitors who want a relaxing vibe that’s convenient to the beach yet elevated in every way. Rise with the sun and go for a beach stroll to start your day, and spend the early afternoon sauntering around local shops like Spell, Saint Valentine, and Sammy & Sid, before grabbing a flat white at Skittle Lane for a midday caffeine boost.

After a long day out, head back to the hotel for a bit of relaxation and full-body rejuvenation at the sparkling rooftop pool.
